I recommend this company for the following reasons. 1. They were prompt and they did a great job communicating on times and just throughout the whole process. 2. There prices are very very reasonable and Brad really broke down my options to make sure I made the best decision for my family. 3. The customer service is second to none. I remember dealing with a company who was very short and to the point but Brad was very personable and even when another situation happened during the visit he was so helpful and got me in touch with another technician.

I called Dilling plumbing after 12 midnight on Saturday for an outdoor faucet that was spraying water out from behind the brickwork. Their answering service took my info and they called me by 9 am Sunday, ( today). Landon Rapp called me back around 11 saying he was on the way and arrived shortly. Very nice clean cut young man and dressed for the job. He looked at the issue, made a few suggestions and gave me a quick written estimate for the job. He knew exactly how to proceed and what items he needed. Once completed he cleaned up the mess he had to create for the project and left our house as if nothing had even been done. He was professional in everything he did and always put on shoe covers each time he came in our house. I am happy to recommend Dilling plumbing and Landon to anyone that has an opportunity to use their service. As a note also, with their hours split between weekend and weekday workers they did not charge an emergency or weekend service fee. I was really pleased with the work and the price to complete this project.

Dilling exceeded expectations. Our home is nearly 100 years old, so many things about it were done after the build, and that poses some complications. Regardless, every person we dealt with was fantastic, and we could tell Dilling really cares about their customers and the employees care about their service. The tech they sent was Amber, and she did an extremely thorough review and testing of both systems. Gave us the information in layman's terms on what was good and what needed repaired. She didn't push to go with any certain option but layed them out and gave us the full information on each of the selection options. She was kind, worked diligently, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. She spent far more time here than we expected , ensuring that everything was inspected for both units in the home. 1 being in the crawlspace and 1 being in the attic. Fantastic job, and will be recommending her, Dilling, and our installer Kyle. Installer Kyle replaced the upper floor 3 ton unit. He went above and beyond to ensure the unit was moved to the proper location, the supporting structure was sound, and we prevented running into the same issues we had with the previous unit. He increased the returns to ensure the unit wasn't being starved for air. He exceeded all expectations when it came to installation. Respectful, knowledgeable, and patient enough to answer all my questions. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation and even went further in depth to give me the details of the why behind the work. Greatly appreciated.

We had an issue with our wall outlet for twist-plug and immediately called Dilling’s for service and asked for the earliest possible and they scheduled us the next day and early morning. Amazing fast scheduling! They sent Roderick as our technician, and he did an excellent and quick service. He is very knowledgeable to fix our concerns. Thank you Roderick and Dilling and will definitely recommend to others.

I reached out to Dilling to assist with our clothes dryer that stopped working. It turned out that the outlet panel needed to be replaced in the laundry closet. Brad was friendly and very thorough with his assessment and communicating the issue and solutions that would best fit my situation. Roderick also arrived to help assist with moving our stackable washer and dryer from the small laundry closet. They both worked efficiently to repair the outlet, tested the cords and hoses (even took the time to show me exactly what they were seeing), ensuring the dryer was up and running properly. Fair pricing and A+ service from this company.

I just used Dilling Electric for the 1st time. They are hands-down the best, most knowledgeable electricians I have ever used. Brad Wessels is absolutely terrific- he installed an exterior door light where none existed before- he found a much better way to do this than another electrician had proposed. He also added new interior electric switches that add to the safety and security of my property, using some simple tech that I was not aware of. He also offered 3 different options and costs in his original proposal so I had choices about what I wanted to do and how much to spend. I had also asked him to check on a smoke detector alarm that was not part of the original job. He came back to take care of that item though it was past his quitting time. Dilling is lucky to have such a talented and hard working electrician! I will be sure to use them again in the future!

Jacob did a great job on our kitchen lighting project and overall electrical evaluation. He was pleasant and professional.
